Put the full address on the card, plus the practical notes people will text you for anyway: which buzzer, where to park, whether the gate is the one round the back. This is the invitation most likely to be opened while someone is standing on a street, so write it for that moment.

A window rather than a start time suits a housewarming, and a "no gifts, just come" line saves everyone a stop at a shop. The RSVP message field is where people tell you they are bringing someone or arriving late.

Is it safe to put my address on it?

The link is unlisted and invitation pages are excluded from search engines, but anyone with the link can open it — so share it only with the people you are inviting.

Can I change the details after sending?

Yes. Edit the event from your manage link and the same invitation link shows the updated details.
